I really enjoyed the three day plan. The juices were delicious. I had no problem with any of them. It wasn’t hard at all. I never got hungry. On the first day at the end of the day I had four almonds just because I felt like I maybe needed something. The second day I had maybe 4 teaspoons of coffee because I felt like I was going to get a headache and it helped. I never felt hungry or the need to drink coffee. My end results are I don’t feel like I lost any weight, I haven’t lost my appetite which were two of the main reasons I was doing this. I’m keeping control of what I’m eating with light soups, salads and water. If I do it again, I’ll do the five day plan only because I’d like to have more results in losing weight. If anyone has suggestions on what plan I should go on to lose weight I’d appreciate it.

This was my first ever juice cleanse and I loved it. Every single juice was delicious. With 6 juices/day I didn’t even feel hungry. I even lost 5 pounds! Can’t wait to do another, longer one!

I have been detox cleansing for 15 years every year. It makes me feel wonderful. I loose out 6 lbs., my mind is clearer and my energy level is up. Once I am off I eat right and make the right choices when I do eat and continue to feel as wonderful when I am finished with the cleans, I recommend this to everyone.
