During Cleanse: Just remember to consume your juices at regular intervals. Creating a schedule or time table usually helps in keeping your juice consumption on track.

Post Cleanse: Your body will need some time when switching from juicing to solid foods it may take a while to get back into your regular routine. For at least three days post juice cleanse, it is important to continue eating salads, drinking plenty of liquids, and staying away from toxic substances. Eating nuts and gluten-free foods will help your body get back into a solid food diet after your cleanse.
